The Stellar Aries 3m Square cantilever parasol is one of our best sellers due to its practicality and great features that comes with: protective cover, lights, speakers and a base with handle and wheels included. You can tilt and rotate it anyway you need so you can find shade early in the morning or late afternoon. A great all season square shaped cantilever garden umbrella, highly resistant to corrosion, fading, rust and easy to store. The plastic waterbase can reach up to 160 kilos if you choose to fill it with sand (not included) and for easy transportation comes with a set of wheels and a handle.
Operation
This cantilever parasol is operated by a vertical handle for setting up the position of the canopy and a crank that allows unfolding the canopy with ease. You don’t need to much strength and It can be operated even by a child. If you wish change its location on the terrace or patio, just make sure to opt for a base with wheels.
Materials Used
The frame – Is made with 100% durable aluminium and it is powder coated to add even more resistance against scratches, rust or corrosion.
Powder coating is a chemical finishing process where dry thermo-plastic is added to a surface to provide a stronger and more durable finish than a liquid or regular paint can do.
The canopy – the Spuncrylic fabric is Teflon coated to help keeping the canopy clean and will stay dry in the rain, as it is water repellent. Is guaranteed not to fade for 3 years with a UV protection factor of 50+ and we can print your Company’s logo on all four sides on demand. Available in three colours: Black, Grey and Ecru.
(*) Wind tested – it can stand up to 80 mph wind speeds with the fully filled base or a heavy duty one.

Accessories
Lights and Speakers –
Stellar Aries cantilever parasol comes equipped with a ‘doughnut’ shaped speakers and LED lighting system. It has a USB rechargeable battery with over 6 hours autonomy so you can enjoy your favourite music playlist in style, if you connect to it via Bluetooth. It can be easily mounted in the middle of the canopy thanks to a clip-lock hinge.
Heaters –
The halogen parasol heaters available for this model are composed by three lamps 500W each and a central fitting that attaches to the canopy frame, for heating a 360-degree area. The heat emitted from the short-wave lamps keeps people warm while relaxing in the garden or on the terrace. (*) Heaters are sold separately by phone order and not included in the initial package.
Protective Cover –
If you store your cantilever parasol in a shed or a warehouse, then make sure you keep it protected in its polyester cover to increase protection against mould and fading.
Fixation
There are 2 types of anchoring available for parasols: permanent and non-permanent. For each one there are 2 choices possible, allowing to rotate the cantilever to a 360-degree using a pedal.
The strongest anchoring possible, designed to be buried 60 cm into concrete or ground to secure the frame and the pole. It reduces the footprint and the tripping hazard.
If you will place the cantilever on a deck, then a deck plate will be the best option in this case. It needs to be chemically fixed to concrete (glue not included) or using hinges.
You can add concrete weights ( 4 x 30kg ) to the metallic frame and wheels to move it where needed.
It can be filled with sand or water, up to 150 kg, and has a set of wheels and a handle attached.
