Details:

The Bambrella Hurricane Aluminium Parasol is not only stylish and elegant but it has been professionally designed for use in any type of commercial or domestic environment, from restaurants, cafes or other commercial premises to your own garden.

Operation:

The simplest and most durable mechanism to open and close a parasol – the Double Pulley with Rope, makes it easy even for a child to operate this parasol. Pull one end of the cord and watch the canopy unfolding. Secure the rope onto its hook. When you need to close it, you simply pull the other end of the cord until it’s fully closed. A simple yet efficient operating system.

Double Pulley Operation System

Materials Used:

Built to withstand harsh environments and high winds of up to 121km/hour, the Hurricane is a premium parasol guaranteed to last. The aluminium frame features a 3.5mm wall thickness and a silver industrial anodized coating, with stainless steel fittings for added corrosion resistance.

Designed for easy installation and maintenance, it includes all necessary parts for easy assembly.

The canopy – Featuring a UV stabilized sewing thread, the canopy of this parasol has been solution dyed to provide a high level of rain resistance and has a 50+ UV protection factor. Check the ‘Canopy Materials’ tab for more info.

If required, the ribs and canopy can be replaced individually without the need to disassemble the entire structure, and the canopy fabric can be easily removed for maintenance or replacement.

Shapes and Sizes:

Two shapes are available for the Bambrella Hurricane Aluminium Parasol – Round or Square.

Based on the chosen shape, sizes vary as follows:

  • Round – 3m, 3.5m, 4m
  • Square – 2m, 2.6m, 3m, 3.4m

Usage:

The Bambrella Hurricane is designed for both commercial premises like restaurants, pubs, cafes, and residential use.

The finial is the finishing crown of a parasol. The Hurricane has 2 finials to choose from (see the Technical Data tab). It comes standard with the 3D stylized Oval Finial, but you can upgrade to the Yacht Finial if you wish to add that extra flare to your premium parasol.

The parasols were bolted and secured to the ground.

Do not leave any parasol in the open position in winds in excess of 20mph, without being fitted and bolted to the ground by a licensed contractor.

Bamcrylic® Parasol Cover Material

Bamcrylic Acrylic is the industry standard for hotels, restaurants, and any other hospitality location. Bamcrylic offers customers:

  • A Acrylic which has been through a process called solution dyeing, adding color to a synthetic fiber.
  • A solution-dyed canopy coloring through all layers of the Acrylic thread, guaranteeing vibrant, longer-lasting color.
  • A high level of resistance to fading from direct sunlight.
  • Good stain resistance and water repellence.
  • An affordable canopy providing resistance to all weather conditions.
  • A canopy delivering a UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) of at least 50.

*UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor): Indicates the fraction of the sun’s ultraviolet rays that penetrate the fabric.

Acrylic Canopy Cover Material

The standard, piece-dyed Acrylic is the entry-level parasol canopy. It is a great option if you’re working on a budget and can last beyond its 1-year warranty if cared for properly.

  • Strong fiber, resistant to creasing, and retains its shape.
  • Piece-dyed, meaning the thread is only colored on the outside, like a radish!
  • Offers an affordable alternative to Bamcrylic.
  • Available in two natural colors: beige and natural.

Recasens RECacril® Parasol Cover Material

The acrylic Recasens material is the Rolls Royce of canopies, offering top-level protection from the elements:

  • High-performance acrylic fabric of the highest quality.
  • Superior water resistance and sun protection.
  • Used extensively in marine industries for strength and durability.
  • Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) of up to +80.

Base Guide

Base Guide :In these cases, if the table is light (less than 20kg in weight), please follow the free-standing guide. If you are situated in areas that are prone to strong gusts and wind conditions over 25mph, please exercise caution and in most cases, go for a heavier-weighted base.
